1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "User") and tb222 ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the tb222 website at tb222.bio and all related services including casino games, sports betting, live casino, crash games, and payment processing.

By creating an account, logging in, or using any feature of the tb222 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform. 3. Account Registration

To access the full features of tb222 you must register a player account. Registration requires you to provide a valid mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh, select a secure password, and confirm your acceptance of these Terms. tb222 reserves the right to require additional KYC (Know Your Customer) verification documents at any point, particularly prior to processing withdrawal requests above a specified threshold. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable time may result in your withdrawal being delayed or your account being suspended pending verification.

Each player is permitted to hold one active account on tb222. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, mobile number, household, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited. Where tb222 identifies duplicate accounts, it reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and confiscate any bonuses and balances held across those accounts. tb222 is not obliged to notify a player before taking these actions where fraud or deliberate abuse is suspected.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

tb222 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following approved methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are conducted in BDT. tb222 does not accept deposits in foreign currency. Players are responsible for any transaction fees charged by their bank or mobile wallet provider.

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. tb222 will only process withdrawals to the same payment method and account used for the player's most recent deposit. This is an anti-money-laundering control and cannot be waived. In cases where a player's deposit method is no longer available, tb222 support must be contacted before a withdrawal can be processed via an alternative method.

• —The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Maximum daily withdrawal limits apply and may vary by payment method and account verification level.
• —Deposits made via bKash or Nagad are credited to your tb222 account in real time upon confirmation of the transfer. Bank transfer deposits may take longer during non-business hours or on public holidays in Bangladesh.
• —tb222 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The name on your tb222 account must match the name registered to the bank account or mobile wallet used for the deposit. Deposits from unmatched third-party sources will be returned and may trigger an account review.
• —All withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 15 minutes during normal operating hours. Requests submitted outside standard hours or requiring additional KYC review may take longer. tb222 makes no guarantee of processing time during periods of unusually high request volume.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

tb222 offers various bonuses and promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to specific terms which will be published alongside each offer. In the event of a conflict between a bonus-specific term and these general Terms, the bonus-specific term will prevail with respect to that promotion only.

All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier and any game-type restrictions are specified in each offer's terms. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before satisfying the wagering requirement will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided. Bonuses are non-transferable, non-negotiable, and have no cash value unless a player has met the stated wagering requirement in full.

6. Responsible Gaming

Any player found engaging in any of the actions listed below will have their account suspended or permanently closed, any pending bets voided, and any funds derived from prohibited conduct confiscated. tb222 reserves the right to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.

• —Using any software, bot, algorithm, script, or artificial intelligence tool to automate play, gain an unfair advantage, or manipulate game outcomes. This applies to all game types including slots, live casino, sports betting, and crash games.
• —Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks, falsely disputing a completed transaction with a payment provider, or attempting to reclaim funds that have already been legitimately wagered and lost.
• —Colluding with other players to manipulate game results, share information that provides a group advantage, or engage in any form of match-fixing in sportsbook markets.
• —Registering or using an account on behalf of another person, using false identity documents during KYC verification, or misrepresenting your age, identity, or location to circumvent eligibility restrictions.
• —Any conduct that constitutes money laundering, including depositing and withdrawing funds without genuine gambling activity, or using tb222 as a vehicle for moving funds through the platform for any non-entertainment purpose.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the tb222 platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, text, images, audio, video, and the compilation of these materials — is the property of tb222 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without prior written consent from tb222.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tb222 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage, or system failures, even if tb222 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

tb222's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your tb222 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits tb222's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence to the extent that applicable law does not permit such exclusion.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

tb222 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that: (a) the player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the player has provided false, misleading, or fraudulent information; (c) the player's account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activity; or (d) the continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, provided the account was not closed due to a breach of these Terms. Where an account is closed due to a breach, tb222 reserves the right to forfeit all funds held in the account. Players who wish to voluntarily close their account in good standing should contact tb222 support.

11. Amendments to These Terms

tb222 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, tb222 will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or by posting a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure. 12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between a player and tb222, the player is encouraged to contact tb222 support in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. tb222 will endeavour to resolve all player complaints fairly and within a reasonable time. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the applicable courts.
